Reserves
- If the item you need is not on the shelf, ask the teacher-librarian to post a reserve and you will be notified when the material has been returned and is ready for your loan.
Overdues
- Fines are charged at a rate of $0.10 per day per item to a maximum of $2.00 for each item.
- If you have a fine on your account you are not allowed to take out new material until that fine has been cleared. You may however renew material already out in your name.
Computers
- We have a total of 26 computers in the library for student
use. This includes 10 computers in the library itself and a computer lab
housing 16 computers. All computers are connected to a printer in the library called Barney.
One PC in the outer office is hooked up to a colour printer which is available
for student use with permission.
- The word processing program we use throughout the school is Microsoft Office XP - Word.
- One computer is permanently reserved for the library catalogue.
- The Moose Jaw Public School Board's Acceptable Use Policy of computers will be strictly enforced on all School Library computers.
- A time limit for Internet use will be enforced during peak Internet use. Classes booked in the library will have priority for accessing all library computers.
